I’m a graduate of Approved Real Estate Academy. Before becoming a student, I researched many schools. This academy has a high state exam pass rate. Also, you attend class once a week. Then you read a chapter a day on your own and submit a 10 question quiz, from a home open book. In class, you review a summary and take a few notes to follow. At the end of all 3 classes after passing, you take an online course review to prepare for the state exam. 2 instructors Jim and Tony. Both are great and easy to follow. The class goes by very quickly. I’m glad I choose Approved Real Estate Academy.
