I am so lucky to meet Jim Forde of Approved Real Estate Academy on my first day in Real Estate.
Over the years Jim has been my go-to person and mentor.
The best real estate school you can take!!! Jim and his team know exactly what to do to make sure you can get your real estate license as quickly as possible.
They prepare you better than the competition. They have an amazing crash course that gets you ready for the test. Jim is also the nicest guy and always willing to help out with any question or problem that may come up. I recommend Jim’s company to anyone looking to get their real estate license. The best service out there.
Checking in. If possible, the class gets even better as you go along. Jim, Stephanie and Tony encourage us to listen, to read, to highlight / write and take quizzes to help us to prepare. The multiple streams of education make it accessible for all types of learners and help make the information stick. All throughout the class they discuss different careers you can pursue with a real estate license (traditional agent, timeshare counselor, investor, etc.) as well as helped us make real world connections with people who specialized in our areas of interest. Not only am I confident that I will pass the test, but I already have a team of people in place to help me take it from there!

I’m a student and researched many schools. This academy has a high state exam pass rate. Also, you attend class once a week. Then you read a chapter a day on your own and submit a 10 question quiz, from a home open book. In class, you review a summary and take a few notes to follow. At the end of all 3 classes after passing, you take an online course review to prepare for the state exam. 2 instructors Jim and Tony. Both are great and easy to follow. The class goes by very quickly. I’m glad I choose this academy.
I am now a Real Estate Agent that is doing very well thanks to Approved Real EState Academy.
If you are looking for a great Real Estate school, I highly recommend this one. Jim Forde is a top-notch instructor that will give you the information that you need to successfully pass the state test, and he makes it fun and interesting while do it. Jim has entertaining and funny stories that they tell that will help you remember the information. I had a wonderful experience here, and I highly recommend this school! I am now a full time Real Estate Agent.
Best real estate licensing class and training in Orange County! (Probably best in the state of California!)
Jim and Tony really blew me away with the amount of knowledge and experience they both have in the real estate space. You won’t just learn the contents of the books but will learn all the ins and outs of starting your new real estate career.

Passed exam on my first try thanks to advice, teaching and learning tools provided by Jim and Tony. I did not have much real estate knowledge or prior experience so most of the material was unfamiliar and I had to work on that. But reading the textbooks, going to lectures and repeating the practice exams did the trick. Yay! Thanks Jim.
The thing I liked about this school is they offered the Principle, Practice, and an elective Finance book. After reading each chapter there is a 10-question quiz that you can take over online over and over till you get 100%. Each book has 15 chapters. When your done there is a 100-question test. Then you go on to the next book. There is also a live class that meets each week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally, they have an online crash course with questions to get you ready for the test.
Jim is always available and will help you with your paperwork or anything you need.
Bottom line is they really have made the process easy and have been there for me throughout. Thanks, Jim, for everything you do.
Jim Forde is always happy upbeat and makes his teaching fun! Extremely helpful and very articulate.
It is important to Jim that his students really understand and are prepared to take the final exam. His weekly classes are very complete.He is more than happy to answer questions throughout the class or through emails or phone calls.Jim always makes himself available. I was very impressed with his coursework and his knowledge in the industry.

This class and its teachers are A-mazing! Tony and Jim are super nice people that truly made learning Real Estate fun! Jim is also extremely helpful with classwork or questions that I had. After you finish up all 3 real estate courses, Jim will meet you at their office to walk you through the exam registration process, they are so professional! I highly recommend taking your RE courses with Approved RE Academy :)
From day one Stephie and Jim were amazing, they go out of their way to help in any way they can through the whole pre-licensing process. The classes are easy to follow and the textbook work is straight forward. One hour a day is sufficient to stay on track. I am very satisfied with Approved Real Estate Academy and will for sure recommend them to anyone interested. Once you are finished with all courses, Jim and Stephie help filling out the required paperwork to be sent to the state, this was just the extra touch of icing on the cake for me, really appreciated that. Jim is amazing! This school is great for getting the knowledge needed to pass the real estate exam. I passed on my first attempt! Yay!!
